Raymond James welcomes $350 million advisor team in St. Petersburg, Florida

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. – Raymond James welcomed experienced financial advisors Tim Gross, CRPC®, Leslie Gross, CRPC®, and Mike Brown, CFP®, to Raymond James & Associates (RJA) – the firm’s employee advisor channel – in St. Petersburg, Florida, according to Bert White, Florida regional director for RJA.

Tim Gross, Leslie Gross and Brown join Raymond James from Merrill Lynch, where they previously managed approximately $350 million in client assets. They join RJA’s St. Petersburg branch, which is managed by Fred Espro and is part of the Tampa Bay Complex led by Doug Brigman. The team is joined by Senior Registered Service Associate Jamila Kravarusic and operates as Sherman, Gross & Brown Wealth Management of Raymond James.

Tim Gross has been in the financial services industry for 23 years. He began his career in 1997 at Merrill Lynch and has served in various capacities, including as a financial advisor and a manager for several years in the Merrill Lynch St. Petersburg office. He is a graduate of California State University and also earned his Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor℠ (CRPC®) designation.

Leslie Gross began her financial services career in 2000. She has spent the previous 20 years at Merrill Lynch. She earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida and her MBA from the University of South Florida. She also earned her Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor℠ (CRPC®) designation.

Brown has been in the financial services industry for 25 years. He began his career in 1995 at First Union for five years, which turned into Wachovia for another five years. Brown has spent the past 14 years at Merrill Lynch. He is a graduate of the University of South Florida and is a Certified Financial PlannerTM professional.
