Raymond James welcomes $200 million advisor in Albuquerque, New Mexico
ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. – Raymond James welcomed financial advisor Rick Ortega to Raymond James & Associates (RJA) – the firm’s employee advisor channel – in Albuquerque, New Mexico, according to Pat Allison, Western division director for RJA.Ortega joins Raymond James from Wells Fargo, where he previously managed approximately $200 million in client assets. He is joined by Senior Client Service Associate Amber Freeze and Senior Branch Operations Specialist Brian Dubyk. The team operates as Ortega Wealth Management of Raymond James and joins the Albuquerque office managed by Allen Figg, which is part of the Southwest Complex led by Robert Burghart.

Senior Vice President of Wealth Management Ortega has been in the financial services industry for over 18 years. Prior to joining Raymond James, he worked for Wells Fargo as an advisor for 16 years.
